These terms apply when you use Parchilo at parchilo.com and app.parchilo.com. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Parchilo is an online invoice generator. You can upload a document and have an invoice created from it, or fill in an invoice yourself. The service is currently free to use and requires no account.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you enter. We claim no rights over your documents, your invoice data or your logo. You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you submit.

Accuracy of invoices

Parchilo reads your documents automatically and calculates totals for you. Automatic extraction can misread values. Check every invoice before you send it. You are responsible for the accuracy of any invoice you issue, including line items, tax rates, totals and legal wording required in your country. Parchilo is a document tool, not a tax, accounting or legal service, and nothing it produces is professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Parchilo to create fraudulent or misleading invoices, to impersonate another business, to upload malware, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may block access where we believe the service is being misused.

Availability

We aim to keep Parchilo running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or withdraw features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parchilo is not liable for lost profits, lost income, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses arising from errors in a generated invoice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
