This policy explains what Parchilo does with your information when you use our invoice generator at parchilo.com and app.parchilo.com.

Who we are

Parchilo provides a free online invoice generator. You can reach us at contact@parchilo.com.

What we collect

Documents you upload. When you upload a purchase order, delivery note, receipt, timesheet or photo, we process the file to extract line items and totals.

Invoice details you enter. Business name, contact details, client name and address, line items, tax rates, notes and any logo you upload.

Messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

What we do with it

We use uploaded documents and the details you enter for one purpose: generating the invoice you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents or invoice contents for advertising.

How long we keep it

Who else is involved
